Break Free is a faith-rooted coaching programme specifically for pornography addiction recovery — designed with Muslims in mind, but open to all people of faith seeking a values-based path to freedom — and to the families and professionals walking beside them.

Individuals
If you're struggling with pornography or related compulsive sexual behaviour — and you want a path forward grounded in your faith, values and identity. We also support related compulsive patterns where appropriate.
Family members
If someone you love is in addiction and you don't know how to help without enabling or pushing them away, we'll help you understand and respond from a grounded place.
Faith leaders, GPs & referrers
If you support someone who would benefit from confidential, faith-rooted coaching alongside their existing care, refer them with confidence.
If you're in crisis
We'll point you to the right help first.
If you are in medical crisis, withdrawal or need detoxification, you need urgent clinical care first. We'll help you reach the right NHS or specialist service, and continue alongside you when you're ready.
